However, to accommodate all our valued clients and our team of dedicated stylists, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to your next appointment. To reschedule, the cancellation fee must be settled before securing a new appointment time.
If you fail to give us any notice or do not show up for your appointment, a $50 charge will be applied to your account. Additionally, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept you as a future client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us maintain the highest level of service for all our clients. Return or Exchange Period: We kindly request you return or exchange the product within 7 days of the purchase date. This allows us to promptly address any concerns and ensure you receive a product that meets your needs.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you find yourself dissatisfied with the work performed, we request you return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. This allows us to assess the situation and make every effort to make necessary adjustments to your satisfaction. These adjustments will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the initial service. We stand behind the products we recommend with confidence.
