Allison’s dream for something greater led her to create Rae Luxury Hair in 2018. Her vision was simple yet powerful: to establish a space where her team of stylists feel valued and appreciated, and where each guest feels like a cherished member of her salon family.
Allison is rooted in Boone County. She grew up in the charming town of Jamestown and now lives in Whitestown with her loving husband, wonderful daughter, and beloved fur child.
Allison’s journey into the world of hair began because she found it fun and saw endless opportunities. She is deeply passionate about the beauty industry and firmly believes it’s one of the best out there. Her specialties include blonding and invisible bead extensions.

In 2020, her spark ignited, and Brianna embarked on an exciting journey into the world of hair. Cosmetology quickly became her muse, and it’s been a wild ride ever since.
Brianna’s niche? She’s all about color transformations — the kind of transformations that turn heads and drop jaws!

With a degree in Communication and a natural ability to connect with people, Lucas takes the time to listen carefully to each guest’s needs and desires, creating cuts and colors that perfectly suit their lifestyle. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and pays close attention to detail.

Kyla is our skilled designer-level stylist. With a knack for fostering genuine connections and spreading joy, Kyla specializes in blonding and dimensional color making her the ultimate expert for all your hair needs.
Beyond the salon, Kyla treasures moments with her loved ones and eight dogs. She has a soft spot for the vibrant month of May in Indianapolis, especially anything related to the Indy 500.
